True incremental updates of size under 100 KB are available at least twice a week and within couple of hours in the case of emergency of new virus. avast! automatically checks for new updates - downloads, installs and loads them without restart or logoff. Thankyou Avast,No conflicts , No Viruses , No Trojans, to me that means No Worries. Best FREE Anti Virus without doubt. Ihave not used any other paid for programs other than Nortons and Avast Free is better than that. |

I tried several other well known antivirus products. All stated my system was 'clean'. On running avast it found over 8 viruses these other programmes had missed. Speaks for itself oh and it's free! |
