2003-12-03	PresenterSoft MediaEasy	10	I had a few problems with the first trial. But, the tech support was FAST and excellent. If PowerPoint slides do not appear, use MSDOS prompt and delete subdirectory C:/temp This directory was hidden when I tried to view using Windows explorer so I used MSDOS prompt to view it. Re create theis same subdirectory with read/write permission I have purchased the product and my first presentation is now online. 2003-12-02	PresenterSoft MediaEasy	3	I also tried to convert a PowerPoint file and it would NOT work. The TECH support was very fast reply and I have sent them some screen dump info to troubleshoot. I did try a group of jpeg files and it worked VERY WELL! I was impressed with the result. So they need to fix the problem with PowerPoint and they have a winner
