2001-12-21	Rosoft Audio Recorder	2	The worst thing about this "freeware" is the 180solutions ad bot that it installs on your machine. It constantly pings 180 solutions.com and makes my proxy server dial out constantly all day and night (I can only afford a dial-up ISP) I consider that virus behavior and all Rosoft Engineering software has been cleaned from my system! As far as the function of the recorder part of the package, the record function works as advertised. Like most wav recorder splitters, this one's thresholds can't be set to work reliably when archiving/restoring LP recordings. The playback function didn't work at all on my system.
