They get the discharge at 12th and 13th days respectively. The use of N acetilcistein in patients intoxicated in first phases (I – ii) by doses of 150mg/kg in 200ml of Glucoside solution at 5% in 15 minutes , followed by 50mg/kg in 500ml of glucoside solution at 5% in 4 hours . Then 100mg/kg in 100ml of glucoside solution at 5% in 16 hours could be effective by prevent the progression of the hepatic damage. The patients came to a control without symptoms and with normal test results |
