| 2005-06-01 | IMatch | 1 | I have had this program for a year and have very little good to say about it. It is anything BUT user friendly. Even updating is a royal pain.....you must go through a series of user names and passwords. Support? Don't bother. There isn't any. If your request gets through to the writer of this piece of crap, you'll get a smart-ass answer. Mario does not care. And sooner or later, someone with a little more people skills and consideration for the user is gonna come along and blow his butt out of the water. |
