| 2004-05-06 | EPSON Software Film Factory | 2 | Although this software is easy to use, Epson has acknowledged that one of its limitations is the inability to back up the files of photographs. I have 35,000 photographs stored in Film Factory. I purchased a new computer and can not transfer my photographs with ease. Epson has advised me that all of these photographs need to be individually transferred to my new computer. This process will require approximately 48 hours worth of labor. This is a serious software design flaw. Epson software support is very poor. |
