2005-07-17	1	webpowered	I bought it and tried converting WMV to MPEG1 or MPEG2 to put it on a VCD or DVD. The converted file wouldn't play any audio. I've written to support, and so far received no answer. I'll write another review if they resolve my issue. I want my money back otherwise.
