easy setup
easy to use
has a nag screen but you can continue to use it for 15 days (good if it's a one off use!)
Doesnt change names of files.
e.g. if you are chopping a bit out of a .swf movie, it names all the bits you cut out the same name an over-writes the others you have made - you have to open the folder and re-name them.
