The actual algorithms used to generate the thinking of the computer's fleet are based on line so you will have to be connected to the Internet to be able to play this game. There is a randomization process attached to the algorithms that decide the computer's firing patterns. Therefore, you won't simply be able to guess how to play the game and win against the computer by playing a few times as its way of playing the game will change every time you start again.
