User define frame rate when save to avi files.

I have a VCD dat file which plays video and audio in windows media player. I downloaded the trial version of video edit converter pro. How do I convert that DAT file to MP2 and WAV files using video edit pro ? if that works then I want to buy the software. My email ID is tvsai@hotmail.com.
