Each task in Task Actions has a separate forum where users can discuss together the ways of solving the task. When a new message is posted in the forum, all users receive a notification about the new post. Tasks in Task Actions can have files attached to them, such as documents, tables, specs, etc. that instantly become available to those engaged in this task. Task Actions Client has a powerful built-in text editor that allows you to format text, use images, tables, insert hyperlinks in task descriptions. The same features are available for creating messages in tasks. Task Actions has a built-in hierarchic tree representing the structure of the company. Thanks to it, the director can take a look at what his subordinate is working on at the moment and what tasks there are on his to-do list at any time.
